Memory ic data reset / corrupt so many time

Change memory but fault not solved. 

After check some part when I change smps transistor collector cap 681 2kv set ok. 

Resolder all smps components and chroma ic and memory supplies.

Finnally I found that croma 8823CPNG5KG5 pin no 44 (5v) supply absence
Trace to ckt and transistor V805  D400 is defect.

Change it and now problem solved.

SERVICE MODE

Short jumper in main PCB i.e V511 AND V512 jumpers.
This will put the television receiver into service mode and the text TEST will appear on the TV screen.
Once in service mode, pressing of 0,1,2,6,7,8,and 9 buttons on the remote handset will display a lock icon on the screen.
Enter the code 200528 on the remote handset.
Now you can open the required service menu by pressing the number associated with that menu item. For example to open service menu 8, press the numeric key 8 on the remote handset.

SERVICE MODE CONTROLS

Use the PR+/ PR- keys to select an item parameter in the service mode.
Once an tem parameter is selected use VOL+/ VOL- button change the value of the selected item.

CANCELLATION OF SERVICE MODE

To come out of the service mode, switch off and then again turn back on the television set.

When the tv set is on press the following buttons, in the given order, on the remote handset.

This will put the TV set into service mode and service mode and service mode option are displayed on the screen.

Use the CH+/ CH- key to select an item / parameter in the service mode
Once an item / parameter is selected use VOL+ /VOL- button change the value of the selected item.
