Cat vision model IN2-M-1E-850 LE

After some time Rf signal not coming
First check ic supply 24v
Second pin no 1 input Rf dB (80)
Third pin no 7 output Rf dB +dB of input
If any problem change this ic
Here these image

Rf signal comming but very weak 
First check rf ic pin no 1 signal that weak so 
Change the bo ic (optic ic )
Now input of rf ic ok anf all are ok
